After being discouraged from pursuing photography in high school, it wasn't until being strongly encouraged to try it by friends already working in the field that Owen saw his own potential in the craft. His work has appeared in Dreamingless Magazine, and he's also worked to create compelling imagery for brands & organizations such as The Phluid Project, Drink More Water, Rinat Brodach, Friends NYC, and Stonewall 50 World Pride put on by NYC Pride.
Philosophy
When it comes to portraiture, fashion, and other types of work involving people, my aim is to create an environment in which the people I'm photographing are able to be and present exactly who they want to be comfortably and confidently in whatever way they choose.
