Bio


Things most people don't know about me:

- I'm probably the only person in advertising to have a Super Bowl commercial and a photo published in Sports Illustrated. I majored in Journalism & Sociology and worked as a photojournalist for several years before I transitioned into advertising.

- I was king nerd (President) of my college debate society. Every week we'd extemporaneously debate different topics under Roberts Rules of Order. After passionately arguing over political and philosophical issues for a few hours, we'd all go out for pizza.

- The night before the first date with my (now) fiancé I accidentally messaged her a message intended for someone else on the dating app. Five minutes after our first date ended, I accidentally did it again.

My first year at Saatchi, my partner and I were placed on a small team tasked with evolving the popular Keep It Wild campaign for the 4Runner. We settled on the idea of Campfire Stories as the glue that would hold the new campaign together. My partner and I knew our target audience loved photography and action sports, so we found Instagram influencers who embodied these traits to tell their wildest stories. At the end of each story, we showed a campfire scene that served as a menu to link to the other stories by utilizing YouTube’s annotation feature.
